Sonja Radvila

Originally from Colorado, Sonja Radvila has been exploring life through the path of yoga since 1999, where she learned her first sun salutation while studying dance in Chennai, India. By 2004, she committed to a daily practice in Ashtanga yoga and has been sharing the practice internationally for over 11 years. Inspired by the culmination of creativity, consciousness, ancient traditions, self-study, and a yearning to understand, this is her first book.

Kaori Hamura

Artist & Illustrator

Born in Fukuoka, Japan, and graduated from Parsons School of Design.  She has many TV and film credits, including MTV's Beavis and Butt-head, MTV, Downtown, Daria , and Nickelodeon's Gary the Rat.  She has done numerous magazine illustrations for New York Press, Time Out, Interview magazine, Mademoiselle, RayGun, COSMOgirl! and others.

She has also done T-shirt designs for Anna Sui, Patricia Field, and Liquid Sky Records.  She has established a creative company, Moss Moon Studio, with Bill Long. Currently, she is developing children's books and book apps. Aside from making art, she loves hiking, gardening and spending time with her family.
